Sheree-Monique is a multi-talented artist and entrepreneur with a distinct blend of creative talent and business savvy.
Her professional artistic journey began in musical theatre in Philadelphia, with an early career highlight: being featured in Regina Belle’s If I Could music video. Over the years, she’s worn many creative hats on and behind sets and stages—singer, actress, songwriter, vocal producer, on-air personality, and artistic director—and toured internationally as a lead vocalist with Royal Caribbean Productions and Germany-based Star Entertainment.
A member of Actors’ Equity Association (AEA), she’s starred in regional theatrical productions such as Ain’t Misbehavin’, Dreamgirls, Black Nativity, and The Arabian Nights, while also appearing in commercials and independent films.
But she’s never been just one thing.
On the business side, Sheree-Monique has owned and scaled B2B ventures and spent years in global people strategy and talent leadership—helping organizations build strong teams, strengthen culture, and make smarter decisions about the humans behind the work. She’s also built brands from the inside out through Empra Creative Group, where she’s supported entrepreneurs and small businesses with marketing communications, creative direction, and web/graphic design.
Today, those worlds meet in Why Not Roam, a boutique travel company serving midlife clients, where she curates and leads elevated group travel that’s thoughtfully designed with intention and care.
This website remains her personal home base: a lifestyle blog anchored in Art, Life, and Love (with Travel always somewhere in the mix). It’s where she documents what she’s learning, creating, and becoming—proof that midlife can be a launch point, not a landing. She’s currently penning the pages of her next chapter. If past chapters are any indication, it’s going to be a good one.
